    Given you aren’t from hexbear, I assume its not just to support us in the megathread wars.

    Do you know someone who is trans (like a significant other or child) and just wanting a better understanding?

    Are you personally questioning?

    Are you just here to gawk?

    Personally, I don’t care as long as cis people remain a small minority. But a lot of people use the mega for personal stuff they would prefer cis people not to be following.

      Also. Don’t say something like

      I have at least one trans friend and many gay friends (mainly from climbing).

      before acting like that gives you some authority to talk about trans issues. And especially don’t follow up a couple comments later saying something like

      But I’ve never asked my trans friend what she thinks (so I do accept my opinion could be plain wrong).
