I think there should just be a state Bureau of Consent that issues everyone consent cards with a numerical code that says who you can have consensual sex with. The rating with take into consideration age, height, education, popularity, sexual experience and taste in cinema, and you’re not allowed to have sex with anyone who’s rating isn’t within 10 points of your own. All citizens must wear this card on their chest at all times. Sex can only be had in special hotels that requires patrons to scan their cards before entering a room and will report whoever has the higher rating to the police if they’re ranking is too high.

I unironically think this would be a good thing.
