From what i know tesla was first really profitable from cars (not investors) in 2020 and elon gave himself a bonus with like 50x value from all the profits (my source is the youtuber thunderf00t).
And if i heard it correctly tesla cars are overpriced compared to the competitors and none is on place one when it comes to the stats.

But to simply buy a tesla is as easy as simply buying the most advertised bs like nestle products.

And to the spaceX thing: they get their money mostly from having launch platforms and overpricing it there, the malket there only could be dominated because of investor money. (no source)

On IPhones there is not really such a community because apple aggressively screws people for profit and will stay to do so in the future because that works.
Other companies copied Apples design choices like unmovable batteries because that works. And some fans argue “but not replace batteries are more water proof” and such but the phones only got more fragile.

And you are right: Apple is not the worst, Nestlé is the worst but a completely different topic.

I know that the products of apple are very user friendly and everything can like work together. The software is brilliantly comfortable so that a users don’t want to use everything else, because how comfortable it is. For me it is a trap by a greedy mega cooperation.

For me Lemmy is more accessible so i use it even that i know that kbin can not only see stuff from lemmy and kbin, but mastodon too (at least following people is possible)
So kbin has more features. As i was testing it there where some conversations about people switching for the better algorithm.
I think kbin is in general (with features) better but i like lemmy more.

The last days i was more of a lurker because i have a lot of stuff to do. But when i have more time i plan to visit a lost place that i could not find with searches. I only found that because two of my friends ignored each other. I think at some time they did it for fun but it really annoyed me.
Except that i cant find anything about it it is not very interesting. More like 3 old floors and a room where they meet. The floors are not even in different directions.
