Very different dropping a coin in a lake than a coin in a bucket.

The blessing system kind of sucks, basically the most fucked up milestone leveling you can think of.
“Yeah, I know you just killed a demigod… but you know what you should really do? Go kill some hippos. That’ll get you true power.”
Expecting a revolution to solve your problems is a bad joke.
That must be a different game then, I’ve played Terraria but never Terrerria.
Yes very unfortunate. Certainly nothing to wish, pray, or perform dark rituals for. Certainly not.
You can’t deny the impact that they had on propping up EVs as desireable, though. There wouldn’t be so many Teslas on the road if the opposite was true.
I think that billionaires gain their wealth by gaming the system, and it seems foolish to expect them to not continue to game any new system that they’re a part of. Especially given the degree of control you’re suggesting.
Idk, maybe it could work. Seems like there’s a lot that hinges on billionaires doing the right thing, and I’m skeptical that they would.
I’m just gonna go ahead and say ratio’d. And yes, I’ve read all of the discourse ITT.

Interesting math you’ve got there
You seem to have missed me pointing out that countless other bad things have happened, which is the ‘orphan crushing machine’ point.
Oh my God, why didn’t I think of that! Simply have more money, thank you internet stranger. My problems are solved!
Call someone the devil enough and eventually they might believe you.

I agree, it’s nice that her kids and grandkids have a house they can live in. What about those 85 years she went without a home? That’s a shitload of time an entire lifetime, and what about the other people who have had horrible things done to them for horrible reasons? Who will receive nothing?
I’m with you, yes this is a nice thing. It’s not at all unhealthy to draw these conclusions from the story, however.
Personally I think it does matter because the same things that led those independents to be incapable of determining that Trump really is a bad man/president (despite the fucking mountains of evidence to support it) will lead them down a similar path with the next wannabe despot the GOP puts forth.
I mean yes, congratulations for catching up to the rest of us. Why the fuck did it take them so long?
Bold assumption; that being people who support men like Donald Trump will read a book.
I can’t see “I’m sorry I had you” being a good thing to say at any point in your child’s life.
Wait…
A friend of mine works for Deloitte, can you tell me more?
