I don’t think “patsocs” have a problem with that statement. And neither do fascists probably, except maybe those that for some reason like China because they’ve bought into the anti-China propaganda that it’s a Han ethnostate that oppresses minorities.

I assume whoever made the meme was thinking of “orthodox” Marxists?
It’s the opposite, heterodox means unorthodox:
contrary to or different from an acknowledged standard, a traditional form, or an established religion
Yeah, I’m saying they possibly got the words mixed up.
I’ve seen some Maoists agreeing with the statement, but usually they don’t indeed.
