Is he tossing Puerto Rico in the trash, based on what Hitchcliffe said? More likely it’s just his idea of yet another attention-grabbing stunt. In any case, it should be clear as hell to Puerto Ricans that he shows less than zero remorse for their homeland being called an island of garbage.
