I’m saying again, this is not inconsistency. Inconsistency would be banning Ukraine and not banning Israel. The inconsistency is that Russia is banned but Lebanon, Yemen, and Iran are allowed to compete.

Ukraine and Israel are in the same position in their wars: Genocidal rogue states that can’t stop murdering civilians in the territory they’re occupying and pissing off their neighbors. Russia is most analogous to Lebanon, the neighboring country trying to put an end to it.

Russia is not the aggressor in its war with Ukraine. Ukraine spent nearly a decade shelling and ethnically cleansing the Donbas republics and threatening its neighbors.

The biggest differences between Israel’s genocide and Ukraine’s are that Israel is better at killing children and Lebanon doesn’t have nukes.
