Many more will drown as they become increasingly desperate to reach the places least affected by climate change.
They fail to mention that they intentionly capsize these boats to force emergency services to bring them into the country. Its a very dangerous gambit, way too many lives are lost every year

The Atlantic route is particularly dangerous due to strong currents, with migrants travelling in overloaded, often unseaworthy, boats without enough drinking water.
But sure, they killed themselves in order to get rescued.
