The real answer is it depends on what job you’re applying to. Boating license can be done online in some places. There are some naloxone training courses online that can look good.
IT certifications are good, can be done online. Data science/machine learning/programming online certifications are not credible at all. Some of the bootcamps other people will give weight to but I’m always skeptical.
Also fyi I would not consider an online first aid course to be valid training as the physical training is really important.
Being a religious officiant is an easy credential. In the US at least.

Actuarial certifications, you can go from unemployed to 70k entry level job with just the FM, P and FAM certifications. Get the other ones and enjoy an easy six figures job.
