Not disagreeing, but if I had thousands of starving people and a truck full of food - I think we could see it’s going to be a scrum and chaos just all by itself, without war crimers war criming in the middle of it. They deliberately destroyed all the mechanisms that were in place and have no plans to replace them. This - nobody move until they open - is the evil war crime version of the lunch manager yelling at everyone to wait outside until 11:30.
