I’m just trying to imagine having to bend that thing all the way back around to string it, and I’m already feeling the frustration.
I know there’s probably a technique for it, using your legs to trap it or something, but that’s still gotta be a wrestling match.
edit: This was bugging me enough that I had to google it:
Stringing starts around halfway through the vid. Two legs and what looks like arm strength is the key, where a longbow uses one leg and more of your torso.
