Edit: So I tried doing what I always do when I see one of these outrage farming video titles saying the woke games media is having a “meltdown” and tried to find evidence of said meltdown, and… yeah, couldn’t find any. Some early access reviews have criticised the character editor for lack of gender and body customisation options but nothing that would qualify as a massive backlash

The origional Japanese “backlash” to AC: Shadows was one guy from a political party that was being dissolved because they ran out of money doing a right-wing pivot to try to cling to relevancy.
