WFP: Elon Musk wasn’t elected to run our government. Yet, thanks to Trump, Musk has been handed control over some of our most critical government systems, like Medicare and Social Security.

Now, he’s trying to cut billions of dollars from programs that our communities need in order to pay for more tax cuts for billionaires.

No good ideas. Everything is say first, think later. No actionable real plan. Firing people for no reasons and many other things

You shilling for whatever the fuck the “Working Party Family” is? Forcing me to join shit makes this an absolute no go.

They are bullshit liberals that don’t want the stigma behind the word liberal so they rebranded themselves as something different. Harris was their preferred choice for president, so they are typical shitlibs.

The Working Families Party is actually a really old party that’s quite prominent in NY but vanishingly rare outside New England.

GSUS doesn’t do anything and doesn’t even intend to do anything until they get six million people signed up on their website, then won’t actually strike until 11mil, 6mil is just when they intend to decide what they might do. They’ve been doing nothing for a few years now and some of their main organizers believe shit like the magic vibrations from crystals can be effective for DIY abortions. It’s a joke.

I signed because I’m stupid and angry, but I’m not a fan of this at the very bottom…

“By taking action on this page, I affirm my intent to join or continue as a member of the Working Families Party, and to receive periodic updates from WFP.”

How about just take the goddamn signature and do good things, don’t pull some fine print bullshit tyvm.

Protest. Call your representatives. Email them. Call them again. Protest. That’s how you get attention and let them know what you want.

    Signing a petition does nothing.

To those saying petitions are useless, you are wrong. They are an organizing tool to get a list of people who share a common goal. This list can then be used by organizers to mobilize people for different actions.

I mean sure sign a petition. It probably wont hurt but I’m not holding my breath on it doing anything

Probably more important that you go buy a gun at this point and learn to garden as well. We’re going to need food and bullets
