Fediverse drama
This post was getting attention.
Then this exchange by the mod
I tried to post and well well well, post was locked. https://lemmy.world/modlog
I don’t get it 😣
Typical fediverse drama:
Comrades, I’m really starting to think that social media is just bad right across the board
The common denominator is us, the humans
tbh if animals had social media that’d be pretty sick innit?
Cats do. That’s why they rub against surfaces. Other cats can
tellsmell if it’s somecat they know, and also how long ago they were there. Then they can decide when to go there and when to avoid that place. I reckon other animals do something similar. Traditional human hunters look for those social media posts and act accordingly.Gazelles talking shit about lions and them going “that’s a lot of talk coming from someone within hunting distance”
Fediverse was an idea to share the content between apps, nowdays, its difficult share content between Mastodon, Lemmy, Pixelfeed, etc.
Yeah, I’m not sure what we’re looking at here.
I think, @Sergio@slrpnk.net summed it up well:

I think it’s just a joke about trying to get hashtags working on a Mastodon post?
