You can always be challenged, but you’re not going to challenge someone who already defended their place 5 times, when you have other people that have not being challenged yet or have only defended once.
Ok, makes sense. And what about during the Main Event? Are challenges allowed between rounds? Or during them? And for point of clarification, it’s the one who has been challenged that gets to name the mode of combat, e.g. SuperSquirters at 10 paces? Or would they have to appoint a Second?

Imo, challenges should be close 24hs before the event. Let the winners rest and enjoy their victory.
I think that would really change the tenor of the event. We might need to get a consensus on that.
