@dhork @YoBuckStopsHere Don’t put that evil on us
Cross stitcher, knitter, crocheter, newbie sewer (sewist?). Multicrafter extraordinaire! Have a YouTube channel I’ll never not feel awkward about.
She/her, ND, reluctantly British, probably some other things I’ve forgotten to list.
All over the Fediverse like a rash, no regrets.
@dhork @YoBuckStopsHere Don’t put that evil on us
@jkirkendall @knitting Feeling pretty left out and somewhat peer pressured by everyone learning this lately, but sometimes peer pressure is a good thing 😁
Congrats!
@bitflipped Definitely with you there! In this case the app in question actually has a pretty good export / backup process but I just got complacent and didn’t use it enough. Worked out ok in the end but it very nearly didn’t and my lesson is learned! 😬
@MrJameGumb Sounds like something a super cool YouTuber might already have given up on, more like 😛
@Jornia @Drachin @lemmy_stitch Will let you know how long this takes and if it was worth it in the end 😅
@Jornia @Drachin @lemmy_stitch Sadly mine has so much backstitch everywhere PK can’t really make sense of it. But you know what, I’m in the groove, I’ll just keep going.
For science! 😆
@Jornia @Drachin @lemmy_stitch Thank you! Mine is significantly smaller, but still big enough to be a pain in paper form, so sounds like I was on the right track all along.
*rolls up sleeves*
@ubermeisters Ah right, I was thinking maybe you meant people scan in the paper version, project it onto the fabric and sketch it out or something! Other way round makes a lot more sense 😁
@ubermeisters May have to look into this at some point if I ever stitch any more of their paper-only patterns!
@Nusm @NFL_bot Such an exciting combination to watch 💤
