It’s hot
I can imagine the wood splinters sliding down that pole
8 hour day, I work 7.5 of that. As soon as I enter the yard I’m in work mode. I work in the city gardens. I’m not surrounded by too many distractions like computers, phones and friends because I’m outside on site and I keep the work conversations about work only. Less drama that way.
I have time backing in slowly. But when it’s time for me to rush out, I just gooo. Can’t rush out when I’m backed in
I can give simple comments but I’m engaging more here than what I did on reddit.
I’m doing my part!
I’m now on my seventh day of covid. I’m about 85% recovered but I except this exhaustion to linger for some time. I didn’t realise how burnt out I was from work until I was forced to take this time off. So I decided to take advantage of this time off by giving myself more time off lol. A extra week of recovery and fun! I’m gonna catch up with some old friends, get a hair cut, do my studies, attend toastmasters and volunteer at the market at the end of the week.
