I love Hellblade. That said, it probably isn’t for everyone. It’s very much about the story and the atmosphere. The puzzle solving is kind of unique and the combat gets the job done. It’s a beautiful game game with great storytelling and atmosphere.

Hoopla is for library systems. We are rising up against public libraries now? I don’t understand that and Tubi being on this. They are both free.
I actually have this as well, but it’s even more of an issue as sometimes it just never seems to stick. I have watched my up votes or down votes revert back within seconds each time. I never really know it my interactions are sticking or not.
Appreciate the content. Boobs make everyone happy.
I don’t know what these would really be alternatives to, but I impatiently await every new game from Daniel Mullins Games. Inscryption was a fantastic deck builder and I more than got my monies worth out of it. I also follow Stranga Games pretty closely. Very small developer makes story focused retro style adventure games. No combat at all generally. So if you like a casual experience and that style of game, it might be something to look into.
The Resident Evil 2 remake. It’s pretty awesome honestly. I’m actually pretty surprised how good it is. It’s easily my favorite RE game behind the original release of RE4.
I wasn’t a fan of the old Devil May Cry anime. It was fine, just nothing noteworthy really. I’ll probably give this a shot.
The controls and camera, as with a lot of games at the time, aren’t great. I’ve played it as an adult after me and my friends being obsessed as teens. I’d guess I’m not the only one that played this game in a friend group and played the hell out of the capture the flag. I think the attraction to the game came a lot from laughing with friends. The main game has bright spots in gameplay for sure, but it can be a real chore at times too. I remember watching the single player struggle even back then.
Not sure which you are referring to, but they’ve both been around as creators on YouTube forever. They are both still actively making content. I’m not sure what memes you’re seeing, but maybe you’re just coming across communities with people that grew up watching this stuff more now. AVGN started in 2004 and Nostalgia Critic in 2007 so there’s a long history out there.
So this feature is matching with someone of the same gender only. That’s the impression this gives. So women with women, nonbinary to nonbinary. Ok. Why are men cut off if that’s the case? How many more lines of code could it possibly be to just implement it for everyone instead of specifically choosing to exclude people? It would be the exact same PR if it was made available to everyone. There’s zero reason this couldn’t just be implemented universally. In terms of this making things safer or more comfortable, couldn’t someone that is a slimeball just lie? The article says you have to choose your gender. What is actually stopping someone from misusing this?
The Talos Principle is fantastic. Probably my favorite puzzle game. The sequel is finally happening as well.
I have a couple kinda unique things to suggest. There is a small indie game called Eversion that you can find on Steam. The core mechanic is about shifting to these different planes of existence to finish levels. You can only shift at certain places and shifting opens up pathways that weren’t there before. Its retro style graphics and otherwise very simple controls. The Turing Test is a puzzle game like Portal, but instead of portals, you have a gun that can be used to move energy orbs from around the rooms to unlock doors. The game feels like it encourages creative problem solving a lot more than most puzzle games. Catherine. Catherine is a game in a few styles. You spend part of the time at a diner/bar interacting with people. Then you go to sleep and in the dream world you ascend towers using moveable blocks that you must climb. Sometimes you are chased up the tower by a boss enemy. There is no combat in the game. It’s about ascending the tower as fast as possible at night and progressing the story by day.
I started having the same issue this morning.
I really appreciate the help and the screen shots are helpful. Thank you very much.
You know, I didn’t realize you could block from the post. I was clicking on the bot and trying to block from the profile. Blocking from the post works. Thank you. That was my dumb. However, you also mentioned about a setting to not show bots. Is that accessible through connect or do you have to do web? I don’t see the setting.
Content can be a little sparse at times. I’d rather be light on content rather than all the posts from archival bots archiving reddit posts. That’s stuff is annoying and no one ever comments in those.
Dust: An Elysian Tale. The art in this game is colorful and beautiful. It’s one of my favorite games for many reasons.
Much appreciated. I don’t have an account on that platform and it seems to randomly decide to not let me view things without an account.
I keep a basic log in a notebook. I just log all each game as I complete it. Organized by year I completed it. I started as a way to help me make sure I was doing hobbies I enjoyed.
Much appreciated.
