Z-library has a good Telegram bot. All you have to do is register on their site and then create your own bot which you then connect to Zlibrary. They have a handy guide here https://en.zlibrary-za.se/z-access#telegram_bot_tab
Do they play nice with Linux?
I use Voyager on Samsung Internet. Helps me get around installing Chrome.
