I like lemmy but it’s always about capitalism, linux and privacy. Even when it isn’t the comments make it about any of those 3.

Let’s be honest, Linux isn’t a viable option for a big portion of society. I love working in Linux but it’s not perfect for those that aren’t techsavy and need more than a browser.

I mean look at the most used applications these days, discord, Spotify, teams, steam, vscode, slack, etc

They might not all exactly be electron but theyre all secretly browsers.
