1 year agoSeems like Maduro is trying to prevent evangelicals from becoming an American proxy like they always do. It’d be interesting to have gay Cubans research the issue seeing how far the island has come. (Though it can be argued they were first pressured to moderate in order to court European tourism and the sympathies of US intersectional activists, but that’s a different matter)
