  • Man. I remember sleeping on floors for 9 hours straight and being fine. Thems the days. Getting old sucks until you start exercising then it isn’t so bad. I’m starting to see friends my age deteriorate and it sucks. If nothing else lift heavy things off the ground like with deadlifts. Just 4 sets of 6 3-4 times a week should make a huge change and won’t take more than 15-20min. You can buy workout sand bags for cheap so you don’t need a bar and plates. Also walk.

    Edit: oh yeah masturbate and drink water too. You can try them all in the same 15-20min span if you are short on time.














  • I’m medicated but I’ve formed habits unmedicated because those habits had to compensate for the meds I couldn’t afford. Diet and exercise. I’m constantly invalidated by communities like this which just isolates me further. I’ve been told my issues aren’t severe by strangers. Mental health meme communities are toxic and I can’t wait until people start realizing that. I can’t stand tHaNkSiMcUrEd because it went from pointing out “smile more it will make you happy” and how stupid that is to making fun of self help entirely.


  • It’s a little upsetting isn’t it? If it was about ending sexism it would be witchesVSsexism. Unfortunately it’s VSpatriarchy and some people view that as VSmen, not VS"a system of social structures and norms that prioritize men and male perspectives". I’d rather fight sexism as a whole than fuel manosphere content with tit for that clap backs but what do I know?
