I think he makes some really valid points, but I also dont see WotC changing anything, because this probably prints them more money due to scalpers and a good portion of FOMO. Such a shame.

Cory Wong is my all time favorite, seen him 3 times so far, all amazing shows. Will see him again next month at North Sea Jazz.
Snarky puppy is a good contender, seen themb3 times as well.
Oef, it is a tight race between Animal (as I am a drummer as well) and Cookiemonster (I had a shirt of him that was my favorite shirt ever). I think Cookie is the winner tho.
Thanks for the response! We have a brush which we use frequently, but no spray or other cleaning helps. I will have a look at that. Ultra-sonic sounds and looks a bit too expensive for how we use it, so lets first see if we can fix it with the kit you recommend or something similar.
I will attach a recording when I am at home.
The same song played via YoutubeMusic plays normal, so I expect it is not the speakers. The music and album is fairly new (2023) so I expect they have relatively the same quality. But thanks for the input.
Welcome! Always happy to have more people here!
My number one recommendation is the One hand & Six fingers comic. They are 2 separate comics with an interwoven story arch. It is a completed story so no waiting on new editions.
If you are into DC and Marvel they both have an alternative universe run at the moment that is pure gold. The Ultimate titles from Marvel and Absolute for DC. From Marvel I also like the Ryan North Fantastic Four series, short one off adventures with an overarching story.
Lastly Image Comics is having some really cool non hero comics, Grommits, Wicked and Divine, Geiger (kinda superhero-ey).
There is so much good stuff at the moment, I hope you will have a blast!
I am currently at the pinnacle of Chris Claremonts Xmen run where they fight Mr Sinister. I was only reading the uncanny Xmen, but then they were suddenly face to face with Xfactor, so I jumped on that as well. Xfactor has been a pleasant read, really liked the mutants introduced there, especially Artie and Leech.
On the side I have been reading Grommits and the 3rd trade paperback of Monstress. Monstress is so pretty and interesting, but also contains a lot of woven storylines and callbacks, so I only read it when I have full focus.
How is the story? The artwork already had me close to buying yet, but never heard anyone about it before, so I held off for now.
Yeah that is on my short list as a next pick, it wasnt in stock last time I went at my local comic store
Strong songs is fully listener supported with a plug to his patreon once per episode. It is a podcast about what makes some songs better than others. Best if you have some musical understandig as he can get a bit detailed.
Nice progress! Well done, hopefully she warms up even more soon, keep us posted.
If the bite pierced skin it might be worth going to the doctor for a check. According to my vet a catbite that punctured the skin has a near 100% chance of becoming an infection.
Darknet diaries is one of my all time favorites.
If you like music analysis then Strong Songs is also interesting
And for a non serious listen I like to listen to Sherlock & Co, which is an amazing audioplay where Watson becomes a podcaster to deal with his PTSD. The adventures are self contained, so you can hop on any you like.
Really interesting premise and world for Nocterra. And beautiful art, my god. The story jeeps you on your toes. Dont want to spoil too much,.
Normally in Democracy the majority or popular vote wins, however due to the electoral college America has, it doesnt necessarily mean the majority voted for the winner. This was the case for Bush, and some other moments in the past.
I finished Nocterra book 1 in no time, so now I am off to Batman the long Halloween. On the side I am continuously reading Uncanny Xmen from Claremont and the 2022 run of Doctor Strange.
Yeah both into Nightwing and his run. I have no prior experience with Nightwing. I would like to branch out a little more into the DC world, and your post sparked interest. But cool, I will add him to my want to read list!
Is this an easy part to step into the Nightwing series? It looks well received, and the synopsis sounds like a reset point.
I would start with a hero that you like. I dont think you have to pick either, just read what you like. So if you want to read Superman, just pick him up.
I did a little research on the best (standalone) stories of the heroes I wanted to follow, for example all star Superman, or Batman year 1. If I liked those, I would look at others, or recent editions.
Sometimes they branch out during runs, which would be reason for me to look at something new. For example there was a Black Panther series where he would have interactions with Xmen and Fantastic Four, causing me to read them and evaluate if I liked them.
Honestly it is all still quite overwhelming with how much stuff there is. Just pick something you like to get into it, and see it from there.
Lastly, this community is quite active and has some really good help, so if you pick it up again and are looking for nexts, come find us!
In Dutch we have DROL, Dicht recht, open links. So close right, open left as a very strict translation. But DROL is also Dutch for turd.
Ours has an interest in any cooking oils, but specifically olive oils. If we leave a bottle of oil on the counter by accident we will find the lid heavily chewed, or the bottle topped over so he can get to the actual oil.
Either that, or the fact that he eats anything (might be related). So scrunchies, toymice, nibble-sticks. Nothing is safe for this cat.
