If a monitor could literally kill her (ankle monitor wasn’t used due to deep vein thrombosis) it’s hard to imagine her being much danger to the public.
It sounds like all she did was to block traffic, similar to many of these truck blockades the US, Canada, India, and I’m sure other conservative protesters have used to no punishment. Unlike them, she even is sorry, but felt she had no choice and it also sounds like they won because the government seemingly has agreed to the protestor’s demands.

Sounds like the company is in violation of disability laws
Is this just a case of the law being too prescriptive on the need for a tag or the probation system not being flexible enough to arrange an alternative? It sounds like she was monitored during the pre-trial period without issue.
Yeah, but if they do reasonable things, then they can’t use her as an example/warning to
intimidatepersuade others to not protest except in perfectly acceptable, out of sight ways.
Aww poor old dear. She looks innocent enough. And it was for a good cause. We should forget about all this silly law things and let her go. It’s Christmas after all!
