Patch #3 is now live for Baldur's Gate 3.This update brings the full release of Baldur’s Gate 3 to Mac, and allows you to change your character’s appearance in-game via the Magic Mirror.
From my understanding, that only happens if you pass the point of no return to enter the mountain pass or if you go to the goblin camp and advance the story there. You can find the Grove and then leave and take as much time as you want to explore before going to the goblin camp and progressing the story.
Wait, is it not? Don’t they all die killed by goblins if you wait too much to kill the leaders in the goblin camp?

Gosh I didn’t know that, thank you! Now I can take my time exploring without fretting about the grove being exterminated lol.
