So I have a friend from Gaza who was born there and lived there his whole life but he managed to go to Egypt during the 7th month of the war ,he’s in Egypt right now ,he’s not really happy but he’s safe Alhamduliallah, anyways I asked him if he would be willing to answer an AMA for this site through me and he accepted, the reason this is though me is because he doesn’t have an account here and because he’s conservative and because he doesn’t speak English fluently

As OP said he’s worried that the friend is conservative and might not meet the Western progressive standards that we take for granted here. I don’t think this is an issue though.

I’m sorry for what’s happened in Gaza and for the question, but what’s happened to you and your family since the start of the most recent war?
I’m from Nablus ,Nablus is in the West Bank ,there was once where there were IDF snipers on our neighbors house but nothing has happened to us so far
