Lots of offshoring happening in tech where US employees are being replaced with offshore labor in India. A lot of young labor aristocrats that came into the industry after the cycle of offshoring and the subsequent re-onshoring during the 2000s are getting a taste of the cycle starting again. They came in the industry during the 2010s when the onshore phase was happening and now it’s moving into an offhsoring phase.
