Kid in boat looks like he’s bailing kinda but he actually rescued the capsized occupants. Whale was feeding and they were too close (law stipulates 100 yards) so it doesn’t seem like an intentional Orca-style attack. It was stupid and unfortunate for everyone involved, but no fatalities.
