An ex-admin to whom we have given access to the server, has reported us to the server provider. Also we were already planning to migrate somewhere else. So right now we’re moving to a more secure server.
I’ll try to make a smooth transition. Any interaction (post, comment, like etc.) after 11AM (CET) will be deleted, but the site will not be down during migration. It will be an estimated 1 hour process.
Update: its done. Hopefully without problems. If you see this, you are on the new server.
We try to do everything legally, but we need to avoid risks whenever possible.

Wow, dude. Banned someone for being concerned about the legality of this instance in the country it’s now hosted in?
Nope. He was in my radar for a while. He’s here to complain. No posts, comments, votes etc. Only complaining about how bad this instance is. I suspect he was from another instance, since he was promoting it so much.
Note that, I’m not against promoting instances but not this way.
Sounds to me more like you can’t take criticism tbqh. I saw the post. He was being quite hostile, but his criticism was still valid.
I was insulted many times by people here and I did not ban anyone for this. Believe me, this was not about criticism. I didn’t banned him for conversation here.
