Boeing executives still not being arrested and persecuted is truly a testament to freedom and democracy.
Should similar case happen in an oppressive, authoritarian, autocratic, and communist country (such as Vietnam or China), the executives would have received death penalty.
Boeing execs are basically high ranking CIA for all intents and purposes, which makes them untouchable. On top of that, Boeing has been hollowing itself out by subcontracting production off to spinoff companies which then subcontract that out work out to someone else and records never seem to exist when something goes oops. Minimum liability and maximum profit.
In Amerikkka, the only Boeing people who get the death penalty are the whistleblowers.
RIP Roy Irvin, dead by suicide with two bullet holes in the back of his head tied to a chair at the bottom of the ocean 😔
Don’t you just hate it when some has to twist their arm at a 45 degree angle behind their back and then shoot themselves 9 times? Truly, not suspicious whatsoever.
Sad to see that we are all in agreement that this man will end up dead. Also, all these whistleblowers coming out and the actual planes just exploding are making me never want to ride a plane ever again.
I find myself repeatedly asking “What in bourgeoi society convinced me air travel was safe or enjoyable?”
I am low-key feeling vindicated in my fears, but ocean travel isn’t that great either (in my thalassophobic opinion)
You can’t swim away from a plane crash
Right, that’s why I hate flying over water. I was also talking about boat travel being not great lol. Although I might be misreading your comment.
I guess it’s like voting Biden or Trump. Either way, you die
These whistleblowers are heroes, and it seems like for every one that gets killed, two more pop up.
Not unlike the planes.
Deathwish: Part III
I read “Another Boeing Whistleblower”
and my first thought was,
“Holy Shit! Another!?!”
