I think this shows that they just flat out don’t understand why the uncommitted thing is happening. They, like any good smug lib, see it as a child chucking a tantrum, while the adults in the room do the real politics.
They have to pretend they don’t know that the protestors are protesting a genocide, because the alternative to feigned ignorance is admitting they’re counter-protesting an anti-genocide protest.
