The disturbing killing was captured by bodycam footage — and happened just three minutes after the officer found the escaped dog exploring a neighbor’s yard.

every cop deserves to fucking die, in my opinion

According to the article, the cop never said he feared for his life but the city said he did, then doubled down on it in a second statement
