Hehe, obviously not, no. I usually look at these things in the perspective of “what if everyone did this”. Sometimes it makes a lot of sense (e.g., recycling), but not always.

NGL my family would love this. Nobody likes the ends, and I always hate it going to waste.
That, or you know, teach your family that food waste is not ok
I’m going to be real with you, famines don’t occur because my wife doesn’t eat the bottom end of the egg.
Famines or not, 17% of all food available to consumers is wasted. That’s 900 million tons a year!
In the US, it’s much worse, with 30-40% of the entire food supply going to waste!
If you’re not going to be part of the solution, at least don’t be part of the problem.
