From past experience, even just hovering over a video and letting the preview play for 10-15 seconds is enough to add it to your history as partially watched.
That’s good to know because a few that I deleted, I was pretty sure I never actually watched and they showed up on my home page. I must have hovered. I think I might be switching do an Indivious instance full time soon.
