    Chaturbate is doing “substantial business” in Texas, which gives Texas the ability to regulate them. If you aren’t doing business in Texas (charging people for services), then you have nothing to worry about.

      Do they have a physical presence in the state, though? If they don’t, then Texas has no authority whatsoever over them. A physical presence is the only way kowtowing to these fascists makes any financial sense.

        Laws don’t apply the same way. Paxton was suing other states and out-of-state hospitals for surgery information related to gender. They’ve gone off the deep end
