      The frequency range of rat hearing is approximately 250 Hz to 80 kHz with the greatest sensitivity occurring between 8 and 38 kHz (Source)

      Bat echolocation calls vary in their dominant frequency approximately between 11 kHz and 212 kHz. Most insectivorous bats call with dominant frequencies between 20 kHz and 60 kHz. (Source)

      As you can see, there is overlap, so I think it’s accurate to say that some rats would hear some bats depending on the species. So you are not wrong!
