The tone of the video is somewhere between a parody (Twilight Zone) and a fearmongering Republican attack ad. It’s like they want to be scary in a tongue in cheek way? Whole thing is like a Brass Eye sketch.

Not sure you can get away with this type of political ad even if they think they are being cute or whatever.
