hit the diamond in the bar that appears when you hit the reply icon. replace the second spoiler with the text you want to appear above the CW. replace everything that follows the second spoiler (but before the line with nothing but ::: on it) with whatever needs to receive the CW. e.g.:
above the fold
below the fold
