I wonder canonically how many ranks Harry got jumped up to after Voyager showed back up home. Because if I was him and I only got lieutenant, I’d be kind of pissed off.
He made captain in one of the alternate universes but he had grey hair so im assuming that means it took decades. I don’t recall what his rank was in the future in Endgame though.

Harry was a new ensign and they spent 7 years away.
Lt would probably have been the rank he would have had he had a ‘normal’ career at this point.
