I view it as theft deterrent. It stands out so it’s easier to see in someone’s hands, and makes an expensive laptop looks kind of shitty.

Does any profit from the Debian stickers actually go towards the Debian project, or is it just someone making money off of someone else’s project?
It was a third party vendor, so I’m guessing the profit didn’t go to the distros. But advertising is advertising.
