I’m loathed to use “every time”, but I largely agree. I can’t help but think that when a post starts with “so,” - it contains a horribly skewed summarisation that contains cherry picked points, wrapped up in a neat soundbite.
I’ll grant there’s the occasional ban for spam but, honestly, comment-wise it’s near enough 100%! If we could have a feature that said ‘Are you absolutely sure you’re replying to this comment and not one you’ve imagined?’, it might help. But probably not.
