So it says it will require all “communication service providers” to spy on people and require them to divulge the information they collect to various government agencies. My question is, does this mean the phone manufacturers as well as the phone companies? Like is Samsung and IPhone considered “communication service providers”? Also what about end to end encrypted software like Signal? Will they too be required to spy on their users?
