You definitely have to place the black stencil first when making this. I’d you don’t you might have some explaining to do.
I thought the point of these is that you reuse already existing swastikas.
I saw one the other day and someone just painted over it and wrote “fuck nazis” which I liked
If you’d look carefully, you’d notice that the red is in fact on top of the black paint.
