Chimeric Falin never eats anyone, but the gang does eat part of the dragon that digested Falin immediately after resurrecting her.
The ending of the manga has a bunch of people cut up and consume chimeric Falin in order to only leave her human parts. Thereby disentangling her soul from that of the dragon that ate her, with which she became combined.
First her soul, by accident, due Marcille’s resurrection of her using forbidden magic and the dragons flesh. Then very intentionally at the hands of Thistle who proceeded to warp her body to match her then dragon-human soul.
