They were in a “made in” black box, which was made in Italy.

Fwiw it looks like Cutipol is the brand and that Horne is just the retailer

Check the backs of the handles. Sometimes a manufacturer will stamp their name there. Or the name of the restaurant they were made for, but that’s less common, I think.

Yes, they seem like the cheapest of China brands (if I see correctly, the electroplating is peeling/getting scratched off??).
(Pictured is prob not the cheapest price available - and also it doesn’t mean companies arent rebranding these & selling them for 20× the price.)
