    Unfortunately doctors don’t tend to be foss enthusiasts. In general the people and professions touching the most sensible data are not also worried about loss of privacy, even if logically I feel like they should be?

    Until there’s a huge momentum for software-that-respects-people, most will just use the same app as their friend or the one suggested by someone in charge

      Doctors don’t prescribe a specific period tracker app. People just use the first app they see in the Google store.
