    I don’t understand how these two statements don’t contradict each other.

    reduce the overall population or

    Killing one seagull or rat if there is hundreds of them in some area achieves neither of the three

    So, we doom the man to be a psycho even though he may not be one?

    may mean that this person has either psychopathic or sociopathic tendencies

    Thus, fucking psycho.

      What?

      Killing one animal does not reduce the population of hundreds in any substantial way which could possibly be considered a pest control.

      So, yeah - he is a fucking psycho. He killed as a revenge.
