Friends arm for scale.

Right half was barbacoa, left half was carnitas. Both great, though I like the carnitas a bit better.

    There was a day I would have wanted to know. But mobile devices plateaued a while ago and I find it hard to pay attention to em anymore.

    These days I’m spending a lot more time on cars and painting. Had it involved either of those I would have asked a million questions. But I doubt I would have used his car for reference 😂
