It’s currently a bug introduced with Lemmy 0.19.11. It’s supposed to mark the post NSFW but doesn’t for the Lemmy UI. Yet some clients still see it as NSFW, like Voyager. The checkbox to manually mark it NSFW was also removed for NSFW communities as it was supposed to mark it.
Looks like there’s an open PR that may fix it, but that likely won’t be until the next release of Lemmy.
