    That’s french cooking, Michelin star meals do involve more skill and knowledge than “more butter, more garlic”. Not so much more that you can’t replicate most of it at home, but, just to emphasise how bad a choice of analogy this was, the bits that are too complex to do in your kitchen require specialised machines.
